First Aid

 

First Aid. It's a sad but true fact that the human body has many weaknesses. Cuts, breaks, infections, diseases just to mention a few. If you plan to leave Australian shores what you previously took for granted in the form of nearly instant help or advice suddenly may be six to seven days away. Even travelling along the coast and within site of land expert help may still be hours away. Below are some recommended titles. If your budget allows go for the Ship Captain's, if not carry at least the First Aid Afloat by Haworth.
